All products carry a 1 Year Warranty. Returns for warranty replacement/repair can be done within that period.
A Return Authorization Number (RMA#) must be obtained by calling our Customer Service Dept., or emailing us at email@example.com before sending a product back.
All returns without prior authorization will be refused by our receiving dept. RMA#'s must be clearly written outside the box you ship the product back in.
All products sold by notebookbattery.com come with a 1 year warranty. Here is the standard policy for exchanges and refunds:
The 1 year replacement warranty starts from the order date. If you need to return anything, it must be received by us on or before the warranty expires.
We reserve the right to replace with a new/refurbished product. Products cannot be exchanged for a different item. Physical damage to the product voids all warranties.
Cost of shipping to us is borne by the customer, and we pay for shipping the replacement back.
NotebookBattery.com will employ every resource it has to ensure that your item is replaced promptly, without hassle. We do not cross-ship any item. We do not exchange RMA items for different items. We will only replace an RMA'd item with a an identical replacement item of the same make and model.
Returns for Refund:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may (after obtaining a Return Authorization Number), exchange or return the merchandise for a refund within 30 days of receipt (Less Shipping & Handling Charges. 15% Restocking fees apply). All returned merchandise must be free from damage of any kind, and be in its original factory box with all original packing materials, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, UPC label intact, and any other included materials.
All returns will be subject to a 15 percent restocking fee (RMA Refund within 30 days of Invoice date) for all non-defective opened merchandise. The credit applied is always refunded back to your credit card. We do not offer in-store credit. In the case ofthe initial order being paid by cashiers check or money order, we will issue a check for the refund amount. It takes 2-3 business days after receipt, inspection and testing to process a credit back to your credit card and 5-7 business days for it to appear on your statement.
Note: If the return does not include all original parts, accessories, is missing the UPC label, or is not double boxed, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for the missing materials. Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
All Returns/Exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). Returns without RMA#s will not be accepted and will be refused.
To obtain a Return Authorization Number, you must contact Customer Service.
All Returns/Exchanges must be double boxed (manufacturer’s box must be inside of another box designed for shipping) with the RMA # written clearly on the outer box accompanied by a note explaining why the product is being returned in the original merchandise box.
If your order was shipped for free or at a promotional shipping rate, you will incur the actual "to and from" Freight charges upon returning merchandise.
There are NO refunds on Special Ordered Products.
Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
* Any product not purchased from NotebookBattery.com
* Any product without a valid RMA number
* Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
* Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other
items originally included with the product
* Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
* Any product that exhibits physical damage or abuse.
Please Note: All Returns must be authorized by NotebookBattery.com. Any returned item that does not have expressed authorization from us will be refused.
