Return/Exchange of a product.
All Returns or Exchanges must be authorized by NotebookBattery.com. Any returned item that does not have expressed authorization by Notebookbattery.com will be refused. To obtain return authorization, please:

Please note, any package received by us without a return merchandise authorization number clearly on the outside box, above/below our address, will not be accepted. Though we are happy to exchange or accept returns, we must have prior return authorization as per company policy.
Exchanges:
Notebookbattery.com has a 1 year warranty in which we will gladly exchange a product that fails within that period. The year warranty is a year from the purchase date. We must be contacted within that year in order to perform an exchange.
Physical damage to an item voids the warranty - no exceptions. Warranty applies to product failure or manufacturer defect of an item only.
Returns:
Notebookbattery.com has a 30 day money back guarantee. We do not accept items returned for refund beyond 30 days from the purchase date. If you would like to return an item, contact us (means of contact for return authorization are shown above) and obtain a return authorization (RMA) number. Once we receive the item, we will refund the total amount of the product, less shipping and a 15% restocking fee. If your order qualified for free standard shipping, we will deduct a $5 fee for shipping that product to you.
All returned items are subject to the 15% restocking fee.
Shipping is not refundable under any circumstance.
The item must be returned in new condition with no physical damage. Physical damage to an item voids the 30 day money back guarantee as well as the 1 year exchange warranty.
Any manuals/instructions/cables/accessories or individual packaging must be returned with the item.
