Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping (5 to 10 days delivery- shipped by USPS Parcel Post) on orders over $40.00 is Free.

Standard  Shipping (5 to 10 days delivery- shipped by USPS Parcel Post) below $40.00 costs $5.00 for the first item, every additional item after adds an additional $2.00

Economy Shipping (2 to 6 days delivery- shipped by Fedex Smart Post, Fedex Ground or USPS Priority at our discretion) costs $7.95 for the first item and $3 extra for each additional item.

2 Day Shipping (2 business days delivery - shipped by Fedex or USPS Priority) shipping costs $14.95 for the first item, every additional item after adds an additional $5.00

Next Day Shipping (Next business day delivery- shipped by Fedex) shipping costs $29.95 for the first item, every additional item after adds and additional $8.00

Next Day Saturday (for order placed on Fridays Only) shipping costs $44.95 for the first item, every additional item after adds an additional $8.00

International Shipping  (shipped by USPS Priority or Fedex) costs $29.95 for the first item, every additional item after adds an additional $8.00

Normal Days of Operation: Our business days are Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm EST) excluding holidays.

We ship via  USPS and FedEx, Fedex Ground, Fedex Smart Post and they DO NOT deliver on Sundays or holidays (except USPS, which we do not use on a regular basis). Guaranteed Saturday Delivery (not available in all areas) orders is ONLY applicable to orders shipped out on Fridays via Next Day Air service, with Saturday Delivery Option chosen.


Most orders ship from NJ (New Jersey), and we ship most orders (in stock items) placed before 4pm EST the same business day. Orders placed after 4pm EST are shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 4pm EST on Friday, are shipped out the following Monday. We request you to please make a note of this BEFORE ordering to avoid any mis-understanding.

Please Note: At this time we are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses.

This Shipping and Service Guarantee does not apply to shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond the carriers control, such as when air or ground transportation networks are disrupted. No shipping charges refunds/adjustments will be issued in such cases. We cannot guarantee delivery or refunds of shipping fees or any other losses in such cases.

Refused and Undeliverable Packages
In the event that you refuse your package, you will be subject to paying the full shipping price of the product both ways.
If you ordered an item that qualified for Free shipping you will be charged the full shipping amount.
If your package is undeliverable due to incorrect information provided by you the purchaser or any other reason that is not the fault of NotebookBattery.com, the purchaser is responsible for payment of the full shipping amount.
