Warranty



Notebookbattery.com carries a one year warranty on all products. If a product fails to work within a year of the purchase date, contact us and we will issue the return information.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we will cover the shipping on the replacement that we send to you. No Exceptions will be made.

There is a 30 day return for refund policy, beyond that we can only exchange for replacement.

The Warranty does not include physical damage. If a product fails to work due to physical damage, we cannot replace it.

Please Note:  All Returns must be authorized by NotebookBattery.com. Any returned item that does not have expressed authorization from us will be refused.
